CHECKFREE (NASDAQ: CKFR) INVESTORS SHOULD CHECK

May 23, 2007

A company's promise of future and consistent
growth. Almost nothing makes shareholders happier.
And that is what Checkfree (NASDAQ: CKFR) promised
in the spring of 2006.

Specifically, Checkfree projected that it would
realize 25% annual growth for the foreseeable future.
The Company also raised its expectations and performance
projections for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2006.

Unfortunately for investors, the foreseeable future
ended very quickly. On August 1, 2006, Checkfree
disclosed disappointing fourth quarter revenues,
including a material decline in its Payment Services
division. As a result of this disclosure, the price
of Checkfree stock plunged almost 16% to close on
August 2, 2006 at $37.20 in heavy trading.

It appears that investors who purchased Checkfree
between April 4, 2006 and August 1, 2006 may be
affected.

Trouble for Choice Hotel (NYSE: CHH) Investors

Last summer, investors in Choice Hotel International
(NYSE: CHH) received some troubling news from the
Company. On July 26, 2006, after the markets closed,
Choice Hotels disclosed that it would revise its
earnings guidance for 2006 downward and reported
slowing new franchise growth and reduced hotel
conversions. Moreover the Company revealed that the
Company was experiencing a dramatic decrease in the
number of new hotel franchise contracts such that
it was not meeting internal expectations and would
report slowing growth in this important business
segment.

Following this announcement, the price of Choice
Hotel stock declined almost 23% to close at
$45.55 per share on heavy trading volume.

It appears that investors who purchased Choice Hotels stock between April 25, 2006 and July 26, 2006 may be affected.
